This workshop is geared towards improving salary negotiation skills for all occasions. For women in the technology, challenged with an ever present pay gap, it’s even more important to have a well-developed strategy.

We will focus on building a strategy that helps prepare you for salary discussions in an effort to close the pay gap in your life. We’ll clarify the role of a recruiter in various organizations and dispel myths about hiring managers. We’ll talk about negotiation tactics and how they vary with recruiters and agencies, or during promotions and annual reviews. This will include things you can be doing right now to be proactive and prepared like improving your resume, noting your key accomplishments, and being aware of how your role has changed over time.
