This group seeks to connect local voters with tech industry backgrounds and organizations/figures with real problems in need of solving, and collaboratively develop solutions to those problems.
Issues such as voter registration & turnout, determining hot-button issues for different areas, amplifying communication, combating troll/bot networks, and fairness of judicial maps may be things we work on.
Other ideas are always welcome.
This is the kickoff meeting to discuss and brainstorm what is possible. Bring what skills and ideas you have. We'll try to find groups that need tools built and seek to build and maintain those tools, and learn a lot of new things along the way.
