BarCamp RDU is an "unconference" which means there is not a rigid schedule until everyone arrives and pitches the topics they would like to present. Topics are recorded on paper and posted where everyone can see and vote. The most popular topics/speakers are placed at the beginning of the day. Towards the end of the day there will be a series of lightning talks. BarCamp RDU is meant to be fun and focused on socializing with other folks who have similar interests.
